Mothers are the angels who look over us. ‘Mother’ - a simple word with many beautiful meanings. A mother’s love cannot be measured as it is unconditional. Mother is all time friend, guide, teacher, fashion setter, shelter of all kind of ups and downs forever in short, the epitome of all goodness. The day started at Wordbridge with a cultural program by the students which followed by fun filled games and activities. 14th May 2023 was the day to celebrate and acknowledge all the mothers around the world for their never-ending efforts to make our lives better.

Wordbridge School celebrated International Mother’s Day in its premises. Mothers were cordially invited to school to spend a fun filled, eventful day in recognition of their contribution to make the world livable for the next generation. The cultural program commenced with Surah recitation and National Anthem followed by the speech of the honorable Director Dr. Mohitur Rahman. The students conveyed their heartfelt gratitude by singing, dancing, and reciting poem for their mothers. The program ended with the note of thanks from the honorable Principal. Afterwards, the mothers enjoyed a Mother’s Day special refreshment served by the school. Then, they enthusiastically participated in various fun games such as memory game, obstacle race, color code game, and three-legged race. Besides, they did a fun activity with their children in their respective classrooms. In the end, all mothers were rewarded with cards and medals from their own children. The mothers conveyed their sincere thanks to the school authority and the teachers for arranging a full day of fun and celebration to make them feel special.
